Product walkthrough
PainterPal is designed for the moment after a job viewing, when the details are fresh and the customer is waiting for a price.
Steps
Start from voice or text. Add client name, address, access notes, deadlines, and any detail you want the quote to reflect.
PainterPal returns structured sections for job summary, assumptions, client questions, labour, materials, quote range, client message, and internal notes.
The painter stays in control. Labour, materials, price range, notes, and client-facing copy can be adjusted before the quote is saved.
PDF export uses the phone share sheet and can include logo, business details, quote reference, client block, and selected template styling.
The jobs list supports searching and filtering across lead, quoted, accepted, and rejected states.
Screens
PainterPal treats AI as a junior assistant. Estimates are rough and should be confirmed after viewing the job.
Rates, VAT percentage, materials policy, pricing mode, tone, and terms are stored in the business profile.
The current supported download path is iPhone. No official Android store URL is present in the repository.
